The 48-hour working week (averaged over 17 weeks) applies unless the worker has opted out. Statutory holiday is 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays) for full-time employees; part-time is pro-rated. England and Wales bank holidays differ slightly from Scotland and Northern Ireland — the EOR will apply the correct leave and bank holiday rules for the worker's location.
Rates and thresholds change each tax year. Check GOV.UK or your adviser for the current year.
